Guide card — how it works

Three steps · in order
Step 01Consult

Tell me what's piling up

A short call to sort the tasks I take from the ones you keep. Written down before we start — no guesswork.

Step 02Catalog

Set up the index

Access, folders, templates, and a one-page how-to per task, so anyone can find anything and the routine outlasts any single person.

Step 03Circulate

File and report

A daily check-in and a weekly summary. You always know what was handled, what I noticed, and what comes next.

Cross-reference

Where the indexing began

My background is in laboratories, where records have to be right, procedures have to be followed, and a mistake is never "good enough". That is the same rigor I bring to your inbox and calendar.

Reference notes

Questions clients ask
What time zone do you work in?

I'm based in the Philippines (UTC+8), which gives a comfortable overlap with US mornings and evenings, UK afternoons, and most of the Australian working day. I agree fixed core hours with you so replies are predictable.

What tools and software do you use?

Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive), common email clients and calendar tools, and any project or task manager your team already uses. If you have a system, I learn your system.

Can you handle confidential or medical information?

Yes. I spent my career working inside a controlled, quality-assured environment where confidentiality, traceability, and correct documentation were mandatory. I'm happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement and to follow your practice's privacy rules.

Are you available full-time or part-time?

Either. Most clients start part-time with a fixed weekly block and increase the hours as they build trust. We review the arrangement every month.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within a week of an initial call — enough time to set up access, agree the scope, and write the first standard procedures for your tasks.

Do you have experience with health and clinical admin?

I bring a laboratory and quality-control background — comfortable with records, scheduling, patient and client communication, and compliance-minded processes. It's a strong fit for clinics, wellness practices, and health or beauty brands.

Hand me the work that keeps you up at night.

Tell me what's piling up and I'll tell you exactly what I can take off your plate. A fifteen-minute call is enough to start.
